We can accept approved purchase orders with Net 30 terms from most government institution without the need for a credit check or shipping delay.
ViewGuard® orders paid by purchase order can be quickly placed online. If you require a quote, simply add the ViewGuard® products you desire into your shopping cart, select Purchase Order payment during checkout, enter TBD as your purchase order number and use the final invoice as a quote to generate a purchase order. When your purchase order is approved by your financial or accounting staff you can forward a copy of the purchase order to us via a dedicated fax number or e-mail address. Please write you order number on your purchase order prior to submission so we can approve you order and ready it for fulfillment. If you do not require a quote, simply place your order online and during checkout select Purchase Order as you payment type. Enter your purchase order number before order submission and after order placement, please forward a copy of the purchase order to us via a dedicated fax number or e-mail address. Once your purchase order is received we will approve your order and forward you order status and tracking information so you can monitor your purchase.
