We will accept returns on all products in BRAND NEW condition within 28 days of the ship date, minus original shipping and handling fees, return shipping, applicable discounts, and a 15% restocking fee. All exchanged and returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not completed) and all accessories. We recommend that all returns be packed in rigid packaging and shipped via a traceable and insured shipping method. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the package. We may charge you for replacement of damaged, altered, missing or defaced contents or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse any such returns.

Returns Must Meet ALL Applicable Criteria
If your returned product does not match all applicable criteria listed below, it will be rejected by our Returns Processing Center and returned back to you at your cost. Consequently, your RA will be nullified, any credit request will be denied, replacement orders will not be made, and you will be charged for all shipping to and from our Returns Processing Center that may be incurred by Intelligen LLC. By shipping a return in violation of this policy you hereby agree to accept our shipment of the return back to you and to the payment of all shipping costs to and from our Returns Processing Center.
All returns must include the following:
1. Brand New and Original Condition
2. Original packaging
3. Merchandise Return Form (located on the Packing Slip)
4. The return must be complete and include all accessories
Basic Return Policy
-Unless otherwise stated below, you have 28 days from the ship date of your product (regardless of when you actually took delivery of the product) to ship your return back to us. Your return does not have to be back in our warehouse within 28 days but it does have to be in the possession of the shipper. There is no need to contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) Number as one is not required to process your return but please include the Merchandise Return Form so we can properly process your return.
-Except as provided for verified defective products (See Special Returns Policy for Defective Products below), you will be responsible for all shipping charges for returns sent to our Returns Processing Center.
-Orders that are returned to us due to undeliverable addresses or that were refused upon delivery may also be subject to a restocking fee. Returns included in this category will be refunded minus original shipping and handling fees, return shipping fees imposed by the shipping carrier, applicable discounts, and a 15% restocking fee. All outlined Terms & Conditions will apply.
-All products are subject to a 15% restocking fee (except where prohibited by law), provided that there is no restocking fee for defective products (see Special Returns Policy for Defective Products below).
-Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in strict conformance with the basic criteria and basic returns policy, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase.
-Please allow up to fourteen business days from shipment for your return to arrive at our Returns Processing Center, delivery times vary based on shipper selected. Your return will be processed within 14 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) after receipt of the item. However, your credit card company determines when the issued credit will be reflected in your statement. Please allow one to two billing cycles for paper statements and one to two weeks for online statements. -We will not accept unauthorized returns or exchanges. Packages that do not meet our Terms & Conditionals will be refused upon return to our warehouse. We will impose a 15% restocking fee plus any applicable shipping charges for refused shipments by the customer. Additional charges may apply if the merchandise is not returned in 100% complete condition in the original, unopened packaging.
Special Return Policy
Custom Orders
-Custom orders cannot be returned for a refund due to their unique nature. We would be happy to replace a custom order if the size differs from the height and width originally requested.
Defective Products
-Defective products can only be returned in exchange for the exact same product. Defective products may only be returned within 10 days of the date your product left the warehouse (regardless of when you actually took delivery of the product).
Once your return is processed, and is verified to meet the basic criteria above and to be defective, your replacement order will be sent to fulfillment. How quickly your replacement product ships after that depends on product availability. Intelligen LLC in its sole and absolute discretion shall be the sole determiner of whether a product is in fact defective.
