We currently ship to virtually any address in the world. Domestic orders within the United States are usually shipped via FedEx, United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Postal Service (USPS). We recommend when placing your order to include an USPS standardized shipping address with a company name and destination phone number to avoid delivery delays. More information on USPS standardization can be found here. We reserve the right to ship via alternate means if you preferred shipping carrier does not recognize your shipping address as valid. International orders including Puerto Rico and other United States Territories should include addresses that are as detailed as possible including urbanization, province, zip code and destination telephone details where applicable. Most international orders are shipped via United States Postal Service. We cannot be held responsible for any applicable taxes, import duties or fees associated with international shipments.
Delivery timelines depend on the distance of the destination from our shipping warehouse and the policies and processes of our shipping agents. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Please refer to the below destination map for estimated transit times for Ground service.

Please also note that the shipping rates for items we sell are weight-based and dimension-based. In order to adhere to the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

The availability of each item depends on the inventory we have in stock. The following is a list of the several types of inventory status for our products.
Preorder: If you preorder an item we will ship the order to you when preorder stock is available. Preorders will be processed in the order they were received. Preorder units may include white-box packaging.
Back Ordered: If we do not have inventory in stock you can submit an order for backordered products. Backorders usually ship in 1 to 2 weeks.
Special Order: Some products and sizes are custom made for our customers and require a special order. We will notify you within 1 week if we have trouble fulfilling an order containing special items.
In Stock: In-stock items usually ship from our warehouse in Colorado within 1-2 business days. In-stock items frequently enter the shipping process immediately so it is difficult to cancel an order containing in-stock items.
We will inform you by e-mail if any items in your order prove to be unavailable.
Prices & Payments
We currently accept American Express, Visa and Mastercard. We can also accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover credit card payments via Google Checkout. We can also accept Purchase Orders from approved customers. In order to minimize fraud viewguard.net reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason.
Sales Tax & Tax-Exempt Organizations
Intelligen LLC is headquartered in Cheyenne, Wyoming and as a result we charge sales tax to all orders shipped to destinations within the state. If you are a tax-exempt organization within the State of Wyoming, please forward your tax-exempt number to us via e-mail and we will retroactively remove any tax related charges from your order. If you are a tax-exempt institution located outside the State of Wyoming, please checkout as per normal and no sales tax will be applied to your order.
