To become an authorized ViewGuard® reseller, please complete an online application and a representative from our Reseller Division will contact you to finalize your application. New accounts are typically approved within 2 business days and our entire team looks forward to helping you meet the needs of your customers.

  Great Reseller Pricing

We know that your time is limited. As a result, we make all of our product pricing details quickly and easily accessible online through your reseller account. As new products are added to our product portfolio we diligently upload these prices to our resellers’ accounts for convenience. Please note that we do not enforce quotas and there is no minimum purchase required in order for our reseller pricing to apply. Product prices are visible in reseller accounts after login.

  No Order, Monthly or Annual Minimums Required

We do not require any monthly or annual minimums to maintain reseller status. If you need one item blind drop shipped directly to your customer, we are happy to assist. If you need a custom order to meet the expectations of your clients, we are also happy to assist.

  Blind Drop Shipping Anywhere in the World

Online reseller accounts are approved for blind drop shipping. Orders submitted via online reseller accounts include a generic packing slip (prices and company information is not included) and a return address on the shipping label that says “Order Fulfillment Center.” We ask that resellers place applicable order, invoice, or purchase order numbers that your customers need to track and receive shipments in the ‘Ship To’ address. The majority of orders bound for locations within the United States submitted before 4 PM EST ship the same day from our primary Order Fulfillment Center in Colorado. Ground shipping times to California, New York and Washington DC are normally 3 business days. The majority of international orders submitted by 9 AM Hong Kong time ship the same business day from our Order Fulfillment Center in Hong Kong.

  Shipping Options Include Ground, Freight and Air

We offer a range of shipping options based on your order size, destination and speed requirements. You can select any applicable options during the checkout process. We can also ship collect via your freight account if you can provide written authorization on signed company letterhead including the account number and full bill to address on file with the shipping courier. Handling charges may apply when using collect shipping methods.

  Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

Since your customers rely on you to provide them with the products they need, you can rely on us to keep you informed of your order status. Once your order has shipped, we will automatically forward the shipment and tracking details to all of the email addresses provided to us during the checkout process. The Shipment Confirmation email will also include a copy of the receipt or invoice (PDF file) for your reference.

  Sales Tax Exempt Orders

All orders submitted through reseller accounts are tax-exempt. We required Sales & Use Tax Exemption documentation for all states where your company has a physical presence.

  Credit Card Orders

For sheer convenience, we gladly accept payment online using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, UnionPay, PayPal, and Google Checkout.

  Purchase Orders

We accept approved purchase orders (Net 30 terms) from qualified resellers. To place a purchase order via our website, we ask that you select ‘Purchase Order’ as your preferred payment type upon checkout and enter the applicable Purchase Order Number. After order submission, simply write your Order ID on your purchase order and either fax it to our dedicated purchase order fax number or send it to our dedicated purchase order email address. Once your purchase order has been received, reviewed, and approved (our team aims to review and approve purchase orders within 24 hours of receipt), your order will be ready to ship. All companies must provide a list of credit, trade and bank references for credit approval prior to Purchase Orders being accepted.

  Online Quotes Valid for 30 Days

Require a quote to generate an internal purchase order? No problem! You can obtain an instant price breakdown according to the exact products and quantities you need by submitting an order through our website by selecting “Generate Quote” during the checkout process. Quotes are valid for 30 days and we will honor item prices even if the prices change within the 30-day window. Quotes can be easily converted into orders at a click of a button.

  Multiple ‘Bill To’ and ‘Ship To’ Profiles

We recognize that each company is different. As a result, we aim to accommodate diverse companies’ needs and have designed our reseller accounts to do the same. If you have multiple warehouses or repeat drop ship customers, your online reseller account will store your previous ‘Bill To’ and ‘Ship To’ addresses in order to simplify the checkout process. Please note that for security purposes no payment information is stored within online reseller accounts.

  Online Order History

Via your online approved Reseller Account you will have complete access to your profile’s Order History and Shipment Data. You can review your account to review and reorder products quickly and easily.
